Returns & Shipping

For a detailed look at Wyndham Collections’ shipping and return policies, click here.

You must inspect your order within seven (7) calendar days of receipt and report any damages with photos to either Wyndham Collection or your authorized dealer. If you notice any issues during delivery, make sure to document them on the delivery receipt. Claims not submitted within this period will be denied.

To initiate a return, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Wyndham Collection. Returns are accepted only for items in perfect condition and original packaging, and you must submit a claim for non-damaged returns within 30 calendar days of receiving the item.

Returned items will incur a 25% restocking/re-handling charge, and any original shipping costs are non-refundable. Additionally, it’s important to note that items that have been partially or fully installed or assembled, as well as custom orders, cannot be returned.

Wyndham Collection offers a two-year Limited Warranty that covers manufacturer defects like peeling paint, broken components, cracks, and discoloration. Normal wear and tear, misuse, and damage from improper installation are not covered.

To make a warranty claim within the retailer’s warranty period, contact your retailer. After 90 days, you can reach out to Wyndham Collection directly at support@wyndhamcollection.com. Be prepared to provide a detailed description of the issue and photographic evidence of your claim.

The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser who bought the item from an authorized Wyndham Collection dealer. Proof of purchase may be required for validation.

Care Instructions

For a detailed breakdown of how to care for and clean Wyndham Collection products, click here.

Only cleaning products specifically designed for furniture should be used. You may also use warm, soapy water or very mild detergents sparingly. Avoid bleach or ammonia-based products, as they can damage wood veneers.

For glass countertops, wipe down the surface with a damp sponge or cloth after use. Mild detergent can be used for spot cleaning. Avoid placing hot items directly on the surface and do not use abrasive or acidic cleaners.

To care for marble and granite, wash with clean cloths and lukewarm water. Blot spills immediately and use mild detergent every six months to remove ingrained dirt. Avoid vinegar, Windex, or bleach, and do not place hot items directly on the surfaces.

To protect against stains, use a polish specifically formulated for marble or granite. If stains occur, use a poultice made of white blotting paper soaked in the appropriate solution to draw out the stain.

For surface etching caused by acids, wash the area with clean water. If any stain remains, apply a poultice according to the stain type. For rough or dulled areas, polishing may be necessary using putty powder or an electric polisher. If the damage is severe, consult a professional.
