Shipping

Wyndham Collection™ customers ("dealers") may specify a particular trucking line or shipping method, provided correct information about pick-ups has been pre-arranged in sufficient time for us to ready the packages and/or pallets, and provided pick-ups are scheduled within the permitted times at the Wyndham Collection™ warehouse (10:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday at 1175 Aviation Place, San Fernando, CA 91340). Freight charges and any related issues will be the responsibility of the dealer.

If the dealer elects to use the Wyndham Collection™ preferred carrier shipping method, dealer accepts freight costs billed by Wyndham Collection™. Every effort will be made to provide the most economical method possible.

Receiving

All orders must be signed for at the time of delivery and inspected within 7 calendar days of receipt. All damages must be reported with photos to either Wyndham Collection or the Wyndham Collection authorized dealer the item was purchased from within the 7-day period of delivery. If damages or missing pieces are reported outside of this period, replacements or returns will be denied.

Please verify that packages have been received without external damage and that all items are accounted for, as per the carton count on the delivery documents. If visible damage or missing pieces are noticed at the time of delivery, they must be noted on the delivery receipt.

Returns

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) which must be requested from Wyndham Collection. No returns will be accepted, or any credit granted without an RMA.

All claims for non-damaged returns must be made within 30 calendar days of receipt of merchandise, and only apply to merchandise in perfect (as-shipped) condition and in the original, undamaged packaging. Items that have been partially or completely installed and/or assembled may not be returned. Custom or special orders may not be returned. After the product is received, inspected and verified to be in "like new" condition, a full refund will be provided based on the product purchase price minus any original shipping charges and any return shipping charges and minus a 25% restocking/re-handling charge.

Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be made within 7 days of receipt. All claims must be accompanied by a written explanation of the damage and photographic evidence. No claim will be honored if not correctly documented.

Refusal of an item delivered by a commercial freight company for any reason other than externally visibly damaged merchandise or a shipping error by us, will be treated as a customer return and the charges described above apply.
